Sponsorship / Donation Request

Sweet Leaf Tea proudly supports many organizations and events through sponsorships and in-kind donations in several communities across the nation.

Interested organizations may submit donation requests by filling out the form below. Requests must be submitted at least 90 days prior to the scheduled event date (this helps us account for logistics, available product supplies, etc). Due to the large number of requests that we receive each day, we regret to inform you that we can't fulfill every request, even though we'd love to!

If we are able to fulfill your request, a Sweet Leaf Tea representative will contact you. Please note that we do not make monetary donations. Our pockets aren't exactly deep, but we'd love to share our delicious teas!
