Why can’t I find glass anymore?
As you may know, we’ve had some issues recently with our 16 oz. glass bottles and, after a lot of consideration, we have decided to stop production in glass. We appreciate your continued support as we make this transition and encourage you to enjoy the same great taste of Sweet Leaf Tea in our BPA free 16-ounce plastic bottles.
For a special offer compliments of Granny, please call 1-877-832-5323 Monday-Friday between 8AM-8PM EST.
What products were impacted by the recall?
Please refer to our Safety Update.
Who is the grandma on the label?
It’s Sweet Leaf’s one and only “Granny!”—Clayton’s grandmother, Mimi. She used to make him homemade sweet tea on hot summer days, so when Clayton decided to start a business bottling tea that tasted homemade, he used her original recipes.

What is the level of caffeine in your teas?
We don’t add caffeine to any of our beverages. That being said, all of our teas naturally contain some caffeine. Our Green Teas contain the least amount of caffeine with about 1/4 the amount found in a comparable serving of coffee (about 10mg of caffeine per 8 ounces of green tea). Our Black Teas contain about 1/2 the amount of caffeine found in a comparable serving of coffee (about 15mg per 8-ounce serving of black tea). If caffeine makes you jumpy, our Organic Lemonade is naturally caffeine-free!
How long can I enjoy my Sweet Leaf after I’ve opened it?
We recommend that you enjoy your Sweet Leaf before the “Best By” date. The Best By date is not an expiration date, but rather the date we recommend to ensure the best taste. You can find the Best By date on the second line of the date code right after “BB.”
Do you have anything that's sugar free?
Sure we do! All of our diet teas are sweetened with sucralose and/or acesulfame potassium and are completely sugar free. We also have our Lemon & Lime Unsweet Tea which is sugar free.
