Celebrate the healthful — and delectable — joys of citrus
Winter Ginger Brandy
2 parts hot Citrus Green Tea
1 part brandy
2 Tablespoons ginger syrup
A dash of orange liqueur
Heat up a nice big mug of Citrus Green Tea. Pour in brandy, ginger syrup and a dash of orange liqueur. Garnish with and orange slice. Then, sit back, stir and enjoy.
2 parts Citrus Green Tea
1 part whiskey, bourbon, or scotch
2 parts club soda
3 dashes of superfine sugar per serving
3 dashes orange bitters per serving
1 lemon slice per serving
1 orange slice per serving
1 maraschino cherry per serving
Place sugar in old-fashioned glass or small tumbler. Douse with bitters to soak sugar. Add tea and whiskey to glass. Muddle until liquid is slightly pinkish hue. Fill glass with ice, and top off with soda.
