    2 parts Mint & Honey Green Tea
    1 part white rum
    Small handful mint leaves, muddled
    Sprig of mint

     

    Serve over ice. Garnish with mint.

  • Sparkling O

    1 part Mint & Honey Green Tea

    1 part orange rum

    6 mint leaves per serving

    1 tablespoon lemon juice per serving

    1 tablespoon simple syrup per serving

    Splash of club soda

    Orange slice

     

    Fill shaker partly with ice, add mint and top off with ice. Add tea, rum, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake well, then pour over ice into highball glass and top off with club soda. Garnish with an orange slice.

    2 parts Mint & Honey Green Tea

    1 part bourbon

  • South of the Border Zinger

    2 parts Mint & Honey Green Tea

    1 part tequila

    1 peso-sized piece of candied ginger

    2 dashes of orange bitters per serving

     

    Muddle the ginger in a mixing glass. Add the other ingredients and fill with ice. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with mint.
